Install in a minute.

1. Download the disk image on your Mac and open it.
2. Drag Dot to Applications, then launch it from there.
3. Allow calendar access so Dot can show your events. Apple Reminders, camera and microphone access are separate choices.
4. Look for Dot in the menu bar, then choose your calendars in Preferences.

Connect Google Calendar or set up Outlook and Exchange if your calendars are not on the Mac yet.

Prefer Homebrew?

With Homebrew already installed, run:

brew install --cask dot

To update through Homebrew:

brew upgrade --cask dot

Dot also supports updates in the app. Read the changelog for release details. To uninstall the Homebrew app, use brew uninstall --cask dot; this is not a complete reset of your preferences or license records.

Compatibility and help

Dot requires macOS 13 Ventura or later and runs on Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. It uses calendars available through macOS; support for a work account depends on your organization’s policies. There is no iPhone, iPad or Windows version of Dot.
