When you purchase Dot, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your own devices. This license is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
Dot offers a 14-day free trial with full functionality. No credit card is required. After the trial period, a license purchase is required to continue using the app.
You agree not to:
Dot runs entirely on your Mac. Your calendar data is read from the macOS Calendar app and never leaves your device. We do not have servers that store or process your calendar information. Payments and license validation are handled through Lemon Squeezy.
Dot integrates with macOS Calendar and may open links to third-party video conferencing services (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Dot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the software will be error-free or compatible with all systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Dot, including but not limited to missed meetings, lost data, or any other damages.
Since Dot offers a free trial, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the software, please contact us at hello@trydot.app.
Your purchase includes access to software updates. We may release updates to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features. We reserve the right to modify the scope and frequency of updates at our discretion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Dot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
